It's "Been" about time!
I would Love to Believe, that us folks in Nevada County (w/exception of Truckee, Nevada City and Grass Valley), and those folks in Sierra County-could/would be included in the Great State of Jefferson.

My Grandfather, was a super supporter of the State of Jefferson, and thought then (1939), that it's time had come.
Now- the time has come....Why are we even waiting? Do we still bow to those morons in our state legislatures, and to those disreputable folks in Congress-most especially, in the Senate?
Creation of the 51st State (should have been the 49th) time has finally, and ultimately arrived.
